The site is run by one person, and email reaches them directly: contact@qrgenerateonline.com. Expect a reply within a few days — there is no support team behind the address, just the person who builds and maintains the generators.

What to write in about

A code that will not scan. Say which generator you used and, if you can, what you put into it — minus anything private like a real password. Most scanning failures trace to a specific payload shape, and knowing the generator narrows it to a few lines of code. The fix usually ships within days, because a generator that produces an unscannable code is the one bug this site cannot carry.

A mistake in a guide or comparison. Every article here makes checkable claims — module counts, print sizes, what a particular phone does with a particular payload. If one of them is wrong, a correction with a source is the most useful email this address can receive, and the page will be fixed and its updated date changed.

Privacy questions. The privacy policy sets out what the site does and does not collect. If something there is unclear, or you believe the site is doing something the policy says it does not, write in and it will be answered directly.

What email cannot do

Nothing you typed into a generator ever reached a server, so there is no stored copy of a code, a payload or an uploaded logo to recover, amend or delete — the only copy that ever existed was in your own browser. If you have lost a code, the fastest fix is to open the generator and make it again with the same content: the same input always produces the same pattern.
